DIVAs

 The DIVAs -- Doing Inspirational and Valuable Activities -- We are a group of woman who are perpetually "29" in spirit from all walks of life.  Meet at someone ones house or church the 4th Monday of the month from 6-8pm for food, prayer, conversation and games/project.

United Methodist Men (UMM) is a group that meets socially, for prayer and special events.  The group meets the first Friday and the third Thursday of each month.

First Fridays 

at Roosters on Henderson Rd, 4-6 PM. 

Third Thursdays-Prayer Breakfast

 7 AM at NBUMC. 

Volunteer Opportunity

Nationwide Children's Hospital tournament at the Ohio State University Gold Golf Course in September.

Garden Ministry group organizes, manages, and tends to the needs of the community garden, including sharing with the North Broadway Children’s Center.

The community garden flowers have brightened up folks’ spirits as deliveries have been made to many.  Watering, weeding, and selling help is needed. Garden and weeding happen throughout the week

Help sell flowers on Sundays from 10-10:30 AM and 11:30-12 PM in the Summer and Fall

All proceeds benefit the Church Scholarship. 

To date about $4,500 has been raised.

Prayer Shawl is a group that comes together to knit or crochet and bless prayer shawls that are to be given to persons in the hospital or rehab, or who have experienced a loss, or are experiencing a significant life transition.
