Themes: Slow Down and Hope, Simplify for Peace, Sit with Joy, and Savor God's Love. Each week includes a rotation of daily practices such as breath prayer, mindful movement, lectio divina, 

visio divina (which utilizes beautiful, colorful works of art each week), Christian meditation, creative contemplation, and practicing presence. Purchase your book ahead of time. 

Every Wednesday at Noon

 A drop-in small group that gathers  for open conversation and questions centering around the Scripture for the following Sunday’s sermon.
