· The Good Shepherd window has actually been moved twice since it was taken down from the front of the Sanctuary. First, to the window above the entrance doors at the end of the ramp. And second, to its current location when the entryway was enclosed.
· The new stained glass windows in the Sanctuary have specific meanings: the east window represents the creation of the world “The earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the face of the waters” (Genesis 1:2). The west window affirms that our lives are in God’s keeping and represents for Christians the ultimate goal “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth” (Revelation 21:1).
