WORK CAMP

North Broadway’s youth  gather each summer for a transformative work camp experience to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. Work camps are in the U.S. and rotate between rural, urban, and disaster relief in areas that need help. This opportunity is open to all youth who have completed 8th through graduating seniors.  We will be setting the date for 2020 very soon.

Connect Pastor Heather  with North Broadway UMYF through our Facebook group or by emailing hnordgren@north-broadway.org.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation is not a sacrament in The United Methodist Church, but it is an important step in our spiritual journeys. Confirmation is an opportunity to respond to the grace of God available to us, as acknowledged in baptism, and to promise to live as a person of faith. “What God offers us must be accepted in repentance and faith,” This Is Your Baptismal Liturgy states. “Confirmation and reaffirmation are our responses of commitment, profession of faith, and rededication.”

The 2020 program for youth in 7th and 8th grade will be announced soon.  Reach out to Heather at hnordgren@north-broadway.org with questions.
